Graduating from Bilkent University Faculty of Business Administration, Elif Çapçı completed her MBA at Duke University and started her career at Signet Bank in the U.S. Then, she worked as a consultant for various industries in Bain & Company Istanbul and Tel-Aviv. Returning to the banking industry with Citigroup, Elif Çapçı became Assistant General Manager responsible for Retail Banking at Citibank Turkey after working in New York, Belgium and London, respectively. Joining Boyner Holding as Vice President in 2008, Çapçı became the CEO of Beymen as of 2009 and concurrently served as Boyner Group's Vice President of Retail Operations between 2016 and 2019. Elif Çapçı is the CEO and a Member of the Board of Directors of Beymen Group.
