In 2019, Beymen Group, including its core operating companies Beymen Perakende ve Tekstil Yatırımları AŞ and AY Marka Mağazacılık AŞ, was acquired by Mayhoola for Investments LLC. This acquisition marked the largest single investment in Türkiye’s luxury fashion manufacturing and retailing industry at the time. The acquisition, which was a continuation of Mayhoola’s earlier investments in prestigious global fashion leaders like Valentino, Balmain, and Pal Zileri, was seen as a move adding momentum to Mayhoola’s plan to pursue growth in other markets around the world.

Backed by more than half a century of manufacturing and retailing experience and expertise, Beymen Group’s flagship Beymen has long bridged the Türkiye and international worlds of luxury fashion. Opening its first store in 1971, Beymen stores offer the world’s and our country’s leading luxury fashion brands and Beymen owned brands to customers, Monobrand stores feature boutique concepts of world famous brands from Balmain to Valentino, Bottega Veneta to Loewe, Alexander McQueen to Dolce&Gabbana. Many of these brands meet their visitors in the most important shopping streets and shopping malls of Türkiye with a selection of brands, many of which are exclusive to Beymen in Türkiye. Beymen Group focuses on maximizing the customer experience in both its stores and online channels, aiming to create value through its commitment to unconditional customer happiness.

The Group’s venture into e-commerce, which began with the launch of beymen.com in 2010, received a further boost with the incorporation of an e-concession model in 2022. The beymen.com website was Türkiye’s first and remains the country’s only luxury goods digital platform.

Under the Beymen brand, Brasserie, located in the heart of İstanbul’s prestigious Nişantaşı district has been delivering a gourmet experience to sophisticated palates for more than two decades. Beymen Group further extends its range of gastronomy choices through new catering-industry brands and concepts developed in partnership with Artisan Hospitality Group. Featuring an atmosphere designed by the New York based architectural firm Roman & Williams is Bardot, the ambassador of Beymen elegance and quality in the food-service industry. Bardot immediately added a stylish new venue to İstanbul when it opened its doors in Zorlu Center in October 2024.
