Eda Kuloğlu began her retail career at Beymen, where she held key positions in the buying department for 12 years. As the Women'swear Buying Director, she led several significant projects, including the openings of Beymen Akmerkez and Beymen Nişantaşı stores. She later joined Al Tayer Group, one of the largest retail groups in the Middle East, where she played a pivotal role in the region's retail development. In 2006, she oversaw the opening of Harvey Nichols Dubai, the largest Harvey Nichols store outside the United Kingdom. In this project, Kuloğlu served as the General Manager of Buying, overseeing the fashion, home, and jewelry departments, achieving notable success. In 2010, Kuloğlu achieved another major milestone with Al Tayer Group by launching the first international Bloomingdale's store in Dubai Mall. Bloomingdale’s Dubai, the brand’s largest store after the New York 59th Street flagship, brought the luxury shopping experience to the region. As Senior Vice President, Kuloğlu managed the fashion, home, and jewelry departments, and in 2017, she successfully led the opening of Bloomingdale’s Kuwait, further driving the brand’s growth in the Middle East. In 2016, Kuloğlu became part of the founding team of Ounass, the region’s most prestigious digital luxury platform, taking an active role in shaping the digital luxury landscape in the Middle East. Throughout her career, she has successfully collaborated with world-leading luxury brands such as Kering Group, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, and Valentino. Additionally, believing in the power of emerging brands, she introduced rising global names such as Skims, Fear of God, and Kith to the Middle Eastern market over the past three years, transforming the region's luxury fashion scene. Kuloğlu, who manages a team of 100 people at Ounass as Chief Merchandising Officer and continues to shape the digital luxury shopping experience, is a Board Member of Beymen Group.
